Your Mission and the Problem You Face

Increasingly, in order to compete, leaders of small and medium sized enterprises (SME’s) are facing the same scrutiny and are expected to answer the intrusive questions that well-resourced major corporations take for granted.

The leaders of SME’s, the backbone of the US economy, must now perform as if they were a Fortune-500 CEO.

We recognize, you already manage a sales process that seem to have more steps and hurdles for you to negotiate in what is a hardening market, and now you’ve taken on additional responsibilities of Chief Sustainability Officer, Chief Government Relations Officer, and Public Affairs Officer.

Host the Guiding Principles ™ Roundtable Team

Guiding Principles ™ team of moderators, advisory council members, and ambassadors welcome the opportunity to come visit with you and to deliver our Roundtable program in your workplace, home or other venue.

We have a deep-bench of talented professionals to call upon that includes former Governors, Ambassadors, Senators, Members of Parliament, Royal Courtiers, Presidential Special Advisors, Special Forces Officers, Speechwriters, Fortune-500 Company Presidents, Professional Golfers, Mountain Climbers and Mountain Movers!

Most Roundtables involve 1-Day of intensive teaching and discussion, but when the Guiding Principles ™ team deploys in the field, we recommend the schedule be extended to include a reception and dinner. Often it is in the post ‘class’ setting that the most thoughtful questions arise – once participants have had time to reflect.

Schedule a call to discuss how this program can be refined to focus on your market sector, areas of interest, and personnel needs.
